Participant Guide
Everything you need to know if you were invited to a referral program or followed a friend's referral link.
This guide is for people who have been invited to participate in a referral program, or who followed a referral link shared by a friend. It is not for business owners — if you are setting up a referral program, see the Quick Start Guide.
There are two ways you might be here:
- You were invited by a business to refer your friends and family. You are an advocate. → How it works for advocates
- A friend shared a link with you for a business they trust. You are a friend. → How it works for friends
Not sure which one applies? If you received an email from a business asking you to refer people, you are an advocate. If a person you know sent you a link to a business, you are a friend.
If you have questions about a specific referral program — its rewards, how to redeem them, or anything about the business itself — contact the business directly. Recomly powers the technology behind the program but does not manage individual programs or issue rewards.
