Branding
Customize how your brand appears on Recomly-hosted pages — logos, colors, and social links.
Custom branding lets you replace Recomly's default styling on advocate portals and referral landing pages with your own logo, primary color, and social media links. Advocates and their referred friends see your brand, not ours.
Accessing branding settings
Branding settings are only editable by admins. To open the page:
- Sign in and go to Branding in the left navigation.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save changes. All fields — including any newly staged logo — are saved in a single operation.
Logo
Your logo appears in the header of every advocate portal page and referral landing page. If no logo is set, the page header shows your organization name as text.
Requirements:

To upload a logo:
- Click Click to upload or drag a file onto the upload zone.
- A preview of the staged file appears. If the file is the wrong type or too large, an error is shown and the file is rejected.
- Click Save changes. The logo is uploaded to Recomly's secure CDN and saved alongside your other branding settings.
To replace your logo, click Change next to the current logo, pick a new file, and click Save changes. The old logo is removed from storage when the new one is saved.
To remove your logo, click Remove logo next to the current logo. The logo is deleted immediately — no Save changes click is required for removal.
Brand color
Your primary brand color is used for buttons, links, and accent elements on advocate portals and referral landing pages.
Enter a hex value directly (e.g. #2563eb) or use the color picker. A live preview below the picker shows how the color looks on a button and a link so you can evaluate contrast before saving.
Social media
Social media links appear in the footer of advocate portals and referral landing pages. All fields are optional — only filled-in fields are shown.

Frequently asked questions
Do branding changes apply to all my campaigns? Yes. Branding is set at the organization level and applies to all campaigns, advocate portals, and referral landing pages under your account.
How quickly do changes go live? Color and social link changes are live as soon as you save. Logo changes may take up to 60 seconds to propagate across Recomly's CDN after saving.
Can I remove branding and go back to the default?
You can remove the logo at any time using the Remove logo button. You cannot fully revert the color or social fields to "unset" — if you want the defaults, set the color back to #2563eb and clear the social fields before saving.
