Added
- Campaigns — create and manage referral campaigns with a name, reward structure, optional expiry date, and active/paused status. Rewards can be a fixed dollar amount or a percentage of the job value, set separately for the advocate and the new customer.
- Advocates — invite customers to a campaign by email or SMS. Each advocate gets a unique referral link and a personal portal for tracking their referrals and reward balance.
- Referral tracking — advocates share their link; referred friends submit their contact info. Track each referral through pending, converted, and expired states. Mark referrals as converted and record the job value; Recomly calculates reward amounts for both parties.
- Notifications — automated emails to advocates (invite, reward earned), friends (thank-you, reward earned), and the business (new lead). SMS notifications available on qualifying plans.
- Advocate portal — a personal dashboard accessible via a unique link, no password required. Advocates can view their referrals, conversion status, and current reward balance.
- Team management — invite team members by email. Admins have full access; Members have limited access. Admins can update roles and remove members.
- Billing — self-serve plan management. Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and resume from within the app.
- API access — a full REST API for integrating Recomly into external tools and workflows. Create and revoke API keys from the app.
- Single Sign-On — configure an SSO provider for organization-wide login. Optionally enforce SSO and disable email/password login for members.
- Audit log — an organization-wide log of user, campaign, billing, and security events, with a configurable retention period.
